The Youth Festival of Sport is a new event where children and young people can try lots of different sports for free. A visual identity and campaign was needed to promote the day.
The big idea of ‘Surprise yourself’ encourages young people to try a new sport, whether they play sport regularly or not. In addition to the activities put on by local sports clubs, there is music, food and games.
Taking inspiration from music festivals and large sporting events, the visual identity has lots of energy and movement.
